The YWCA Academy for Women of Achievement (AWA) honors women and corporations whose leadership inspires others to succeed. Special tribute is paid to leaders in the Nashville area who continue to improve the community by enriching the lives of those around them at the AWA ceremony every year.
DVL Public Relations & Advertising recognizes the importance of this event, which acknowledges women and corporations who impact countless lives and at the same time raises funds to benefit many women and families through other YWCA programs. DVL provided design work for the event’s collateral pieces, which included advertisements, announcement party invitations, call for nominations post cards, event invitations and event programs.
“We are grateful to DVL for their extraordinary design work and attention to AWA 2012,” said YWCA CEO, Pat Shea. “DVL’s generous sponsorship of AWA made it possible for us to be extremely proud of the collateral pieces, which represent the event and encourage attendance,” she concluded.
Just as the YWCA and AWA have honored extraordinary leadership for more than 20 years, so has DVL been a proud partner with the YWCA. DVL applauds the seven 2012 AWA Honorees for not only serving others, but inspiring others to serve.
Congratulations to 2012 honorees Kathy Cloninger, Laurie Gold Eskind, Stacey A. Garrett, Renata Soto, Mary Schlater Stumb, Julie Wilson Walker and Skanska.
