Civic Bank Direct Mail Campaign Photo Shoot

Civic Bank came to DVL wanting to reach more potential customers. DVL recognized that Civic offers something that big bank customers have all but forgotten.

Because Civic Bank is locally owned and operated, they provide customers with all of the expected services and conveniences with an added personal touch and attention to detail that you don’t get at bigger banks. Civic is all about neighborhood—decisions made across the hall, not across the country. Customers stay more connected, and confidence rises knowing that their money is in good hands. 
DVL helped them share this message with more potential customers by concepting, designing and producing a direct mail campaign targeting three neighborhoods right in Civic’s back yard. DVL directed photography at local landmarks and favorite hangouts, each displaying Civic’s unique connection to the people and places just a few blocks from the bank.
Residents of the neighborhoods received a series of three pieces, each showing that of all the things we choose to keep nearby, it just makes sense to stay close to your bank. The message was simple: Civic knows the neighborhood because they are a living, breathing part of it. When you bank with Civic, you’re banking with your friends and neighbors.
